Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026 · Operated by Birthin LLP, Singapore
This policy covers cuspmeets.com as it exists today — a pre-launch marketing site. It'll expand once the Cusp app itself is live, but everything below is accurate to what we actually do right now, not a placeholder.
What we collect today
- Waitlist signup: the email address you submit for early access.
- Venue partner applications: venue name, neighbourhood, contact email, and anything you write in the optional message field.
- Site analytics: aggregated, cookie-free traffic data via Plausible — no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
We don't sell your data. Waitlist emails are used only to tell you when Cusp launches in your area. Venue applications are used only to follow up about partnering.
When the app launches
This policy will expand to cover in-app data — your profile, your connections, approximate location while the app is open, and any photos you upload. Some decisions are already locked in and will apply from day one:
- Minimum age to use Cusp: 18+.
- Sign-in is magic-link only — we never see or store a password.
- Every profile photo is automatically screened before anyone else can see it.
- Venue staff only ever see a first name and a check-in code — never your full profile.
- Matching is limited to your own confirmed connections; nothing about you is visible to anyone until a match happens.
Third parties we work with
Supabase (database & sign-in), Cloudflare (media storage), Resend (email delivery), AWS Rekognition (photo screening), Netlify (hosting), and Plausible (privacy-first analytics). Each only processes what it needs to run its part of the product.
Your rights
Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) governs how we handle your data. You can ask what we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time.
